1. Access data and Hosting

Our web pages may be accessed without personal data providing. When you call up the website the server saves only so-called server logs, e.g. name of requested file, your IP address, date and hour of calling up the website, transferred data quantity and service provider making the inquiry (access data) and also it documents calling up the page.

This data is analyzed exclusively to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to improve our offer. The above, secures (in the assessment of interests) our legitimate interest, which is a proper presentation of our offer. You may cancel client’s account at any time. In order to implement the agreement we provide courier company details if it is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select in ordering process, we provide collected payment details to a credit institution or alternatively, to a payment service provider selected by you or our company. Some payment service providers may collect your personal data if you create an account in their platform. In such cases it is necessary to log in on provider’s platform by providing your access data. At that time, Privacy Policy of that particular provider also applies.

Transferring personal data to a courier company If you you grant us permission to do so (during or after placing an order) we will pass your e-mail address and phone number onto selected courier company, so they can contact you before delivery date in order to advice or to arrange the delivery.

The above permission may be withdrawn at any time by sending us an e-mail on the address pointed in “Our contact details and your rights” or by sending direct message to courier company on the address pointed below. After the withdrawal of the permission, we will delete your provided details, unless you give your explicitly consent to continue using your details for other purposes, or unless we reserve the right to continue using your details in cases allowed under national law – on which you will be informed in this Privacy Policy.
